Hi

Well that's your problem and prejudice.  I frequently used my VX7 and
now my VX6 I also used a 817 with a PC.  I agree that they could be more
accessible but they are not.  It doesn't mean that it is a bad radio.
Everyone likes the warm sound of Yaesu radios and I like the feel and
design.  To each of his own.

If it's like the VX1R with only like 6 buttons and a dial on the hole
