To further elaborate, my daughter does stress the importance of lid
marking when she does staff training. Wonder where she got the idea?
She also does qc her staff from time to time to see if they are actually
doing this. After a time it does begin to have a trickle effect.

Subject: lids (not lousy operators)

Actually the larger bumps next to the name labels tell the service staff
what is what assuming they marked the lids correctly. This latter is
however strictly a training and performance issue.

I'm not sure what's so useful about lids that say either "Diet" or
"other" but that's it. ... Maybe I'm just weird, though.=20
