After looking up the specs for your MB, your best bet, is to look for a PSU with PCI-E connectors.
They are built to deliver the higher wattages that PCI-E graphics require. If your search for PSUs find you with extra 4-pin connectors, that being what you'd power your HDD, CD's, there are cable adapters to take two 4-pins into a PCI-E power plug. But remember, you'll need to look for something delivering 650watts, or better.
Answer to second question, most PSUs are built within the same form-factor, one size should fit all ATX case.
