While not a health issue per se (unless you consider it an aspect of mental health), I've seen one significant change since going paleo 9 1/2 months ago that I do not remember reading here before: my gray is going away!
I can't even express how surprised I am to look in the mirror and not find those grey hairs. I have no logical explanation. I thought that once a hair went grey, it was going to be grey forever - unless it just went away totally.
I did not have a lot of grey prior to going paleo - but it was definitely trending upwards. I was pulling greys from my crown/forehead and temple areas (one or two or three or four) just about every day. Now I pull one occasionally - maybe one or two a week. And there are some weeks that I just forget about it.
If anyone has an explanation, I'd love to hear it.
I'm 45 and female.

While it may not improve your vision and while I still require eyeglasses, I
did experience vision improvements early on in the diet--especially my night
vision--and other people in this forum and other people I know have said
they experienced vision improvements while on a Paleo diet. That doesn't
mean everyone will experience this, just that some people may. I find that
many people underestimate the potential benefits of a Paleo diet. One should
never discount the possibility of improvement of a disorder through the
ancestral way of eating until researching it and checking with others first.
I wish I had a nickel for every time that someone said something along the
lines of "A Paleo diet won't improve...." that turned out to be a false
assumption. :-)
