Well, partially right.   Butch wrote a good explaination last year.
Here's what to do.  Mark a sample of the noise you want to remove from the 
source file.
Put that on the windows clipboard, Now paste that sample in to the clipboard 
noise print option under the noise reduction options.  This way the sample 
shapes what is filtered for the rest of the file.
