The services here are not radio stations more internet juke boxes Internet
radio would be crippled by this The small stations cannot feed more than say
500 listeners. Some do not take advertising and are free to the listener. In
the UK some stations are EXEMPT from paying copyright in fact about 500 to
1000 stations do not these are hospital stations therefore it would be a way
forward to do the same for the small internet stations. Also Broadcast
stations Do Not pay a separate licence it comes in with their radio
broadcast licence.
