I wondered if those fans were held on by clips, but didn't have a 707 to 
look at for sure.  If you don't want to take the radio apart, hold the fan 
in place and a bit of cilicon seal would holt it in place.  Just don't use 
too much and get any on the fan blade.  But, a little dab top and bottom 
or on each side wshold do the trick.
