Following my question last week about pc control of a scanner, I bought a
Uniden BCT 15. It's non digital and is the little brother of the one
reviewed on blind cool tech. Tnx again for that link Russ. It can be
controlled by the pc.

I've been using the demo of the Butel ARC15PRO to control it and while it
is mouse intensive, it seems to work well with the JAWS cursor.

Problem is that I can't read the pdf manual for the software. Either from
the startup menu, from within the program, or direct from the Butel site,
all I seem to get is some garbage. I think my Adobe reader is up to date.
Even tried the conversion utility from Adobe's site and after 1 hour still
tells me it is in progress of converting.

How can I read this pdf? It is at:

http://www.butelsoft.com/download/arc15/arc15.pdf

Tnx and 73 Steve KW3A
