Ahem. Second-best. IRLP is more reliable, running under GNU/Linux by
default, with very tight technical standards to help ensure both
security and good sound without too many unnecessary things (ID's,
hang timers, pulsebacks) bleeding through. Echolink has no such peer
regulation.
