A friend sent a link to an article about the following new GF cookbook:

The Wheat-Free Cook: Gluten-Free Recipes for Everyone (Hardcover) by Jacqueline
Mallorca.

I found it at amazon and the two reviewers there gave it five stars. I cook/bake for a 9yo
boy, and I wonder if it's a good cookbook to have. I'm not really looking for fancy dishes for
him, but I do prefer recipes that aren't all based on the use of rice flour and tapioca or
potato starch. Has anyone seen this book for him/herself? Thanks.

I will summarize if I get any responses about the cookbook.

Joy
