Dear Listmates:
Has anyone had success using hemp flour? I just substituted it for rice flour in
my favorite and most dependable corn muffin recipe and got muffins with
great texture and very bland taste (plus a dark brown-green color).
Wondering if anyone knows how to work it into a blend of flours, or if I'm on
my own. The archives show a few questions but no answers.
I'll summarize.
