Mike, I wasn't able to post to the list again. Can you post this please?

There is an Outback, PF Chang, Pei Wei, Carrabas.
1) Fish Tacos at Bubblebees; salads are wonderful! They are aware of the gluten issue; best to go besides at rush hour.
2) Garcia's Mexican food is excellent--aware of the gluten issue.
3) Paisano's is an Italian restaurant--the owner and father have celiac disease. They serve gluten free items, including pizza. Their desserts are superb! 1935 Eubank on the east side of town; just north of I-40.
