I have 2 USB 2.0 PCI cards in my desktop. I have a number of USB 1.0 and 2.0 components plugged into the USB PCI cards. How can I tell if they are running at USB 2.0 levels? When I look at Device Manager/Hardware, I see under USB Universial Serial Bus Controllers:

VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller (5 instances of this).
VIA USB Enhanced Host Conroller (1 instance of this). I know this is USB 2.0.

How can I tell which card is which?
