How would I go about checking which file is corrupt? I have never done
anything like this before and appreciate any help.

Sounds like you have a corrupt file. A CRC is an error checking algorithm
that is commonly used to spot corruptions. I would figure out which file is
causing that and restore it from a previous backup, as your current copy is
likely the corrupt one.
