Yes, if you have a boot disk such as a floppy or any other cd which will 
boot or if you have a bootable hard drive that the windows xp install is 
on. Boot from any of them to a dos prompt and then navigate to the 
directory the setup.exe program is in and type in setup as a command at 
the dos prompt. This will start the install for you.
