Not much to report on after seeing the doc today.  He is doing a three month
hemoglobin A1C test to see what should be done.  By then, I will be at least
20 pounds lighter, which is just the beginning, and we have already started
changing the way we eat, meaning Sandy and I, and I am starting the daily
exercising and bike riding, so ain't we having fun now.
