We were with Phil and Sandy last night.  It was a good night.  Our day today 
was not as planned, but all of us are doing okay.  Jen, I hope your cold is 
such that you can actually get some good rest tonight.  And happy New Year. 
It's nice to have a fresh new year ahead of us.
