John,
It's easy to take a clip out of a speech and frame it in such a way 
to make it say whatever you want to make it say.  The news media does 
it all the time with the president and other public speakers.  Your 
clip is no good unless the whole speech is given to have context and 
continuity.  You have a bent against Rick Warren so you will support 
and promote whatever furthers your negative opinion.  What you are 
doing is similar to taking the bible out of context and using a verse 
to support whatever you want it to say.  I'm sorry that you seem so 
bent on the negative and that others seem so eager to gobble up the 
dirt that you have on others.  It's like people eager to hear the 
latest gossip on a fellow church member, when all they have is what 
the gossip chooses to share and not the full picture.  I don't 
believe that that is the original point of this list.
