I have been losing weight and exercising and I have seen this before. I
lose weight and when I get to a certain point, my lower back begins giving
me trouble. As long as I keep going down, it eventually passes that point.
Yes, I know some stretching exercises I learned from physical therapy so I'm
starting to do those each day to help. Your prayers would be appreciated.
I sure don't want to go through that sciatica I had awhile some time ago.
That was about the most painful thing I have ever experienced except the
time I got glaucoma once.
