I have a Google alert set up to Celiac. The other day I got an alert that
mentioned a cheese crust pizza.
Check it out at VanHarden.com To order it online is rather expensive,
but if you live in the Midwest and have a Hy-Vee store nearby, you may find it
in the frozen food section. We live in Missouri and our local HyVee had the
pizza. It was on sale for 2 for ten dollars - cheese, pepperoni or sausage.
That evening I had a pepperoni pizza and a Red Bridge beer for supper!
Fantastic. The pizza crust is made of parmesan cheese and some corn starch -
very thin pizza, but very, very good. Comes with its own pan for fixing in
the oven and takes only about 10 minutes. I have no financial interest in Mr.
Harden's company, but I am definitely a satisfied customer. Just thought
some of you would be interested in this.
