You need to build up your gut, too.  Take WITH EACH MEAL, one probitoics complex and one l-glutamine.  A gf diet alone typically takes 4 or 5 years ti heal the gut but this does in months.  My nutritonist who teaches on the graduate level, recommended this.  I felt better in just a few days
