You are so right! I get so frustrated that we do not provide healthy
alternatives for our fellowship times at church, but then, to be
truthful, when some of us try to bring, say, a vegy tray or fruit,
most of it is left alone and the sweets disappear. I've just had
to get a better backbone about saying "no," when offered. Not an
easy stand for a pastor's wife to take, but I just don't want to be
overweight any more and that has become more important to me
than guilt trips. I just remember how angry I feel at myself if I
am disappointed when I step on the scale, and that helps.
