Ironically, enough I have a migraine right now due to probably some sleep 
deprivation but also weather conditions.  Just used some Biofreeze which I 
hope will help soothe it.  I take Melatonin sometimes but it doesn't always 
help me.  I don't have much trouble going to sleep but staying asleep can be 
a problem some nights.
