UHF is better around buildings I find but where I live, there's nothing
around me and VHF gets out a bit better. I can get out on 440 from here but
not near as well as VHF and that goes for all UHF stuff here. I'm thinking
when the tower is up and that duel band antenna is up another 20 feet I
might notice a little difference. I'm in the woods out here so maybe above a
few of the trees is what I should shoot for.
