Subject: connect to in echolink

hello again,
I got echolink to work as most of you either know or have figured out i =
assume, but when i hit the connect to, button in the stations pulldown, = do
you have to know the persons node number and their call, or just the = call
or just the node?I noticed that even me, without a link, i have a = node
number, is this done just to find people easier so you don't have = to go
through repeaters and links, or is mine really messed up?
matt
thanks
