The AM operators list that I subscribe too has been discussing the 
preservation of any old recordings of hams in the AM mode. Sadly, I have 
none left from my early days.

If anyone on this list has any recordings of AM on the ham bands, especially 
from the 70s back, please let me know. I'd like to get mp3 files of them.
