Hi Daniel,
How do you get the graphics into Microsoft Word? Your text boxes idea sounds
neat in terms of keeping text position. I have seen it used at my office for
the same purpose.

what both will do is with the text is bascially take it out of whatever
context it was in say a pie chart and it will read text 1 text 2 text 3
it will mess up the order of that and leave out the drawing alltogether. or
just leave it in an attept to translate it into text whitch never works.
What I do is use text boxes in microsoft word to place the text yes
brailled and all. To match what it looks like in the original. Text boxes
are from the insert menu and there for basically a free moving box that you
can place text in and move around anywhere in the document including on top
of graphics in microsoft word. It's all a matter of the formating of the
text boxes to place it where you want it. And then make it so that the
blind can then read it. after it's braileld the hard part about this is
trying not to confuse them by placing the text to close to the outter part
of the textbox.
