Hello EASI People,

Feel free to distribute this message widely.

I am preparing a major update of my Macros FAQ. The FAQ is a resource for
people who want to operate Windows more efficiently by taking advantage of
macro software and macro techniques. Version 2, which I will release this
month, will include a section on screen reader access to macro scripting
tools.

I want to summarize the experiences of screen reader users who operate
third-party macro scripting tools. If you use Macro Express, ActiveWords, or
AutoHotkey with JAWS, Window-Eyes, or other screen reader, let me know what
does and does not work for you. If you have found ways to improve access to
a macro software package using application-specific settings or by writing
scripts or set files, I would like to know about that, too, so I can
incorporate the information in the FAQ. Please write me directly at this
temporary e-mail address: [log in to unmask] Your contribution will be
acknowledged in the FAQ, if you want.

The Macros FAQ is available for free at

http://www.cantoraccess.com/macro-docs/macrosfaq.htm

The current version is 1.2.

Alan
