Hi there!
I've started running about two months ago. I'm actually training as much as
I was doing as a teen and I've started to get nice goals to keep me going.
One of them is to run a marathon on September 2007. I'll probably try to do
a half-marathon over the month of September 2006
(http://www.marathondemontreal.com/en/accueil.php). I'm wondering about
dehydration. Some people will probably hand Gatorade along the race. Did
anyone has done a marathon over the past months? What do you drink over the
race? What about Gatorade, Powerade or any other energy drink? Do you know
any power bar available in Canada for runners?
