Compared to conventionally-fed chicken breast, 1 oz of tilapia
appears to have a much better omega profile, according to the USDA
database.

tilapia omega3 67.8 mg
          omega6 84.8 mg

chicken breast meat only, roasted
                 19.8 mg
                167.0 mg

chicken breast meat and skin, roasted
                 31.1 mg
                398.0 mg

That's very interesting about the dogs though. Do you know if the
dogs like chicken breast?
