you crimp the little metal things on the ends of the wires, then slide them 
in the housings, some of the plastic housings are red and some black, I have 
sighted help to pair them up when I get them in a certain direction which is 
the way most do it and when I need them, I just put them together and away I 
go. Nothing to it.
