I'm not trying to encourage further disagreement but what lists do you 
manage Fred and what topics are they "intended" to deal with?

    Lately I have noticed allot of disagreement about the posting of off

I am only to happy to see traffic on my lists weather or not it is off
topic. I Would guess that it is the same for  the manager of this list. My
hats off to him for sticking it out!
