Hello,
My name is Craig Felkowski. Recently I have been having trouble with my Sony Vaio PCG-K45 laptop. My screen sometimes flickers off, I think its the backlight, don't know if it has anything to do with my video card. Mainly though, my problem is that I want to replace my video card. I have an ATI Mobility IGP340M/345M, and I am not pleased with its performance. I want to get a video card with at least 256 MB, but have found that I would need to replace my motherboard. This is where the problem comes in. I have looked on so many websites, and just don't know enough about motherboards to replace it myself. My question is, what motherboard would you suggest for my laptop? Can I just buy anyone and install it in my laptop?
