I think it's fair to say that, yes, you are mostly wrong.  The primary
reasons for avoiding milk from other species have nothing to do with
carb content.  Casein, lactose, and hormones are far worse for you than
the carb content in cow's milk.

Mike and his wife ought to be very proud of what they're doing for their
little one.  Very proud.
