You can find cassette housings at the same place I recommended
yesterday. They have a toll free number and if you tell them you want
empty shells I suspect you could buy some.

I wish I had a way to get it to you. I have a Sony 255 Open Reel deck
that I used in my ham shack until I put a computer down her to log and
record with. I just took it out of service last week.
