Hmmm, I wonder if your task bar settings are as they should be in control 
panel?, or your screen resolution is what they recommend now? That's about 
the only thing I can think of. I know 1 of the computers I built recently 
did something similar to that when I was testing it out but it was the 
screen resolution.
