Subject: Re: Alabama Man On Top of Tower

Home owners associations are just a scam by developers to make you think
you're actually getting ownership of anything important with condos.
Whereas all you're buying is the headaches without the freedon. The
developer
gets to build junk and walkaway from the responsibility with all the
money.
leaving the so-called homeowners association to fail to do maintenance.

I believe there is an FCC mandated rule that forbits HOAs from stopping
T.V. reception antennas, after all it's unamerican to keep us from
getting
advertised to death.

I nearly moved to a trailer park where the rules said you could only
park working automobiles in your driveway, not a boat or anything else.

They had a no antennas rule but said that excepted satelite T.V.
receiving
antennas because the FCC required it.

It's facism by the stupid for the rich.
"He who would be a man, must be a nonconformist!"
