It's much easier just to bear in mind that it is the primary function of
amateur licensing authorities to revoke the licenses of any individual
foolish enough to do _anything_ while holding an amateur ticket. As a
result, we fully expect the bands to be much clearer in the very near
future, since only dead people will be able to retain their licenses. Never
again will you see references to the QRM on any band.

better be careful then hank:
if you chew gum while on the air they will take away your license, if you
pass gas while on the air, they can take it away, if you even so much as
breathe too loudly while transmitting, they will take away your license, so
proceed with utmost care!
Oh, and i forgot, if you ever dare to use a cellular telephone while a
licensed amateur, that is grounds for instant revokation of your license and
5 years in prison with a big cell mate named buhbba.
If you visit the licensing agencies of other countries online they will
remove your license, and if you ever dane to speak to other foreign amateur
radio stations on the air, its grounds for not only removal of your license,
but, in some states, they will even excersize sterilization of individuals
accused of such crimes! In the state of washington for instance, I believe
they use a pair of heavy duty wire snips to perform this procedure.
remember all this as you happily go about your daily amateur radio business.
