Hi.

A good test to see if it actually does remove it is to run a second scan 
for spyware, and if it doesn't detect it the second time then it worked.  I 
never like to take anything for granted without running a second scan.  I 
don't run Norton, but when I scan with Ad Aware, I run a second scan just 
to be sure that nothing was missed.
