Walt, any idea of the model number for the unit and the contact number

Hi Harvey,
I couldn't remember. After going through many menus, I got a man. At
the
ATT telephone store, he said to ask for the caller ID with voice
announcement. The unit is $50. On your telephone, you have to have the
features caller ID and call waiting for it to work. The latter is
optional,
nice if you want to know who is calling when you are on the phone.
