That's precisely my experience, too. They really do seem to go the extra

hello all,
I took the advice of the person who said to simply email [log in to unmask]
about registering, and it payed off.  I didn't go postal on them, i was
nice about it, and they did it no problem, all they wanted was my
callsign if i had one, and i swear it wasn't 10 minutes and i had an account
guess it pays to be nice lol
