I think you may have meant the IC2AT. I don't think Icom ever made an
AC2AT. I am going to assume that you are referring to the IC2AT. If so,
the rig is extremely accessible. The frequencies are selected by using
thumbwheels with clickstops. The only downside is the lack of a tone board
in the stock models. One can be installed however, but the tone selection
can be a problem. You can get a tone board from comspec. There are a few
Comspec models that can select tones through dip switches but they must be
brought out through a hole cut in the rigs case. I hope this helps.
