The "siren" is most likely an overheating warning. When you replaced the
power supply, you probably disturbed the CPU heat sink/fan. Reset the
heat sink/fan making sure they are firmly attached to the CPU. Also
check to make sure the CPU fan is plugged in to the motherboard.
