Each product on it's own merit, not on sighted beaurocrats making 
decisions for us.  They are often good reasons to recommend jfw, but 
since it costs more, those reasons have to be relavent for the 
justiffication of the purchase of a more expensive product.  Their 
other products like pakmate, and especially Open book present greater 
challenges in justiffication.
