Both probably.  For instance, jfw has place markers for web pages, 
while window-eyes doesn't.  Therefore their can't be a window-eyes 
key combination to set a place marker.
Window-eyes has implimented a hotkey to disable all speech, but keep 
the screen reader running to drive a braille display.
