The icors.org administrators have asked if I would manage the list until
they can reach Ken.  They had some other email address for him so they may
hear from him sooner rather than later.  If there is any change, I'll post
it.  There is a rule at icors that the list owner has to be subscribed to
his list at all times and if he can't be there, he needs a moderator that
has access to list commands for problems just like this.  Many people often
forget that these messages are public and can be accessed through the icors
website.  So the new administrators of the listserv try and keep things
rolling with as few problems as possible.
