Well, would you _expect_ Clear Channel (otherwise known as Republican Radio, 
Inc.) to do Air America _any_ favors whatever, such as giving them prime 
station assignments?

I have heard that too.  Clear Channel hasn't helped them though by putting
them on really weak stations.  The Air America station on 1310 heree in
Detroit doesn't make it to my side of town at night.
