Phil, that is an interesting question, which probably has a reply of hundreds!
It isn't only e harmony dot com that ropes folks in that way, but 
sometimes it is just one on one correspondence over the internet.  E 
harmony and that sort are money-makers for the owners, and they can 
show all the so-called happy couples they want to, but it doesn't 
impress most folks, especially those who have experienced the hurts.

Waiting to hear the rest of your story about the reason the lady 
backed out after signing up.  Smile
