Perhaps you missed the post where I explained to my friend Vicki about this.
It's a roast meal - meat, potatoes, a number of vegetables and of course
roast meat - which is served in restaurants (where they call it a Carvery).
The cheff usually carves up the meat, so that it's cut nicely and you take
what can rightly be yours, but you can have as much of the roast potatoes
and vegetables as you please. Yum, yum! I could do with that right now!
