Thanks to all have replied to this one.  I am just leaving it before the 
Lord, but if I hear no other word and can't get down to serious practice by 
Saturday then I'm pulling out.

Sharon, to answer your question, it's sometimes very difficult to know how 
much people appreicate your situation.  I have said a few things but they're 
not close friends and they may well not have taken it in.
